フィリピン・パンガシナン州のブガロンの町が、使われなくなった旧・町議会の庁舎の全体を、フィリピン最高裁判所、あるいは地元のアギラル＝ブガロン巡回裁判所に、法廷とその事務所として使ってもらうための用益の契約を、町長が結ぶことを認める条例を定めた。
2026年2月16日、州都リンガエンの州の議会が、この条例は町の議会の権限の範囲にある、と確認した。

The town of Bugallon, in Pangasinan province in the Philippines, made an ordinance allowing its mayor to enter a usufruct agreement to let the whole of the old town-council hall be used, as a courtroom and offices, by the Supreme Court of the Philippines or the local Aguilar-Bugallon circuit trial court.
On 16 February 2026, in Lingayen, the provincial board declared the ordinance within the town council's power.
The term and conditions of the agreement are not given in that document.
