2025年6月9日、州都リンガエンの州の議会が、この条例は町の議会の権限の範囲にある、と確認した。

The town of Bautista, in Pangasinan province in the Philippines, made an ordinance approving an updated fare matrix for the tricycles-for-hire that run within the town.
On 9 June 2025, in Lingayen, the provincial board declared the ordinance within the town council's power.
The fares themselves are not given in that document.
