2025年10月1日、ナミビアのコース村が、区域内のすべての課税対象の土地と建物を評価し直すと官報で告示した。1 October 2025 — The village of Koes, in Namibia, gazettes that it will revalue every rateable plot of land and building in its area.
ナミビアの官報、2025年10月1日付の第8755号は、一般告示第751号で、コース村評議会の区域にある課税対象のすべての土地と建物について、一般評価(general valuation)を始めると公示した。
評価は2025年9月15日から行われる。根拠は、1992年の地方自治体法(第23号)の第66条で、手続きは第67条から第72条の定めに従う。
コースは、ナミビア南部の//カラス地方にある村で、行政の区分は「町評議会」よりさらに小さい「村評議会」にあたる。署名は、評議会の事務局長代理G・ブラント。
The Government Gazette of the Republic of Namibia of 1 October 2025, No. 8755, announced in General Notice No. 751 that a general valuation would begin of all rateable properties within the area of the Koes Village Council.
The valuation runs from 15 September 2025. It is made under section 66 of the Local Authorities Act of 1992 (Act No. 23 of 1992), with the procedure set out in sections 67 to 72.
Koes is a village in the //Kharas Region of southern Namibia; in the tiers of local government it is a 'village council', smaller than a town council. The notice is signed by the Acting Chief Executive Officer, G. Brandt.
