ケニアの官報、2025年5月9日付の第85号は、告示の第5793号で、ブンゴマ県の農産物課税委員会の委員16人の任命を公示した。署名は、ケネス・マケロ・ルサカ県知事で、日付は2025年4月30日。
この委員会は、県内を運ばれる農産物にかかる通行税(セス)をあつかう。根拠は、2012年の県政府法の第30条と、2017年のブンゴマ県農産物課税法の第7条。
任期は3年で、その効力は2024年1月2日から始まると定められた。告示が出たのは、その効力の始まりからおよそ1年4か月後にあたる。
任命された16人は、デイビッド・ルパオ、メアリー・ムナンダ、メアリー・シトゥマ、モーゼス・ムニアロ、マーシー・グレース・ウェルンガ、モーリン・チェベット、キプンゲティッチ・チェプクウォニー、ワイクリフ・キスヤ・シミユ、クリストファー・ウェケサ・シフナ、サイフリーン・サブニ、モーゼス・ワレクワ、フレデリック・ウォティア、スーザン・ンゲラ、オモイト・リディア、ラシッド・ウェケサ・バラサ、ディナ・ナシミユ・マソロ。
The Kenya Gazette of 9 May 2025, No. 85, announced in Gazette Notice No. 5793 the appointment of sixteen members to the Bungoma County Agriculture Produce Cess Committee. It is signed by the Governor, Kenneth Makelo Lusaka, and dated 30 April 2025.
The committee deals with the cess levied on agricultural produce carried through the county. It rests on section 30 of the County Governments Act, 2012, and section 7 of the Bungoma County Agriculture Produce Cess Act, 2017.
The members serve a term of three years, with effect from 2 January 2024 — about sixteen months before the notice itself appeared.
The sixteen appointed are David Lupao, Mary Munanda, Mary Situma, Moses Munialo, Mercy Grace Werunga, Maurine Chebet, Kipngetich Chepkwony, Wyclife Kisuya Simiyu, Christopher Wekesa Sifuna, Cyphrene Sabuni, Moses Walekhwa, Fredrick Wotia, Susan Ngera, Omoit Lydia, Rashid Wekesa Barasa and Dina Nasimiyu Masolo.
