ペルー南部アパリマク県の県都アバンカイで、「ペルー最大のマスのセビーチェ」が作られた。会場は市内のミカエラ・バスティダス公園。使われたのは新鮮なマス500キロ。指揮したのは料理人ヘルソン・マデロで、イベント「アンデス・フィッシュ・アパリマク2026」の推進者である。イカ県ピスコの料理人グループ「グルポ・エレンシアス」も調理に加わった。アバンカイはアンデス山中にある海の無い内陸の街である。全国紙コレオのイカ版が7月8日に伝えた。
In Abancay, the capital of the Apurimac region in southern Peru, "Peru's largest trout ceviche" was made. The venue was the city's Micaela Bastidas park. It used 500 kilograms of fresh trout. Directing the work was the cook Gerson Madero, promoter of the event Andes Fish Apurimac 2026. Grupo Herencias, a group of cooks from Pisco in the Ica region, also joined in the preparation. Abancay is a landlocked city in the Andes, nowhere near the sea. The Ica edition of the national daily Correo reported it on July 8.
