On 22 January 2026 the municipal council of Sucre, in Bolivia, passed a resolution (Resolution No. 015) declaring an official mission for two people: councillor Jenny Marisol Montano Daza and her adviser, Dalcy Cintia Quiroz Grass.

The two were to visit the 'Rincon de Luz home for animals in distress' on Thursday 29 January 2026, from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Sucre is the constitutional capital of Bolivia and the capital of the Chuquisaca department. It sits in a valley in the Andes, at about 2,750 metres above sea level.
