2025年2月28日、ナミビアの官報が、オシャカティ拡張1区の区画716の使い道を、施設用から一般住宅用に変える案を告示した。28 February 2025 — In Namibia, the gazette gave notice of a proposal to change Erf 716 in Oshakati from institutional to residential use.
アフリカ南西部のナミビアで、2025年2月28日付の官報第8583号に、1件の用途変更の告示が載った。
北部の町オシャカティの拡張1区にある区画716について、使い道を施設用から一般住宅用に変える、という案である。変えた後の密度は土地100平方メートルにつき1戸の基準とされ、そこに12戸を建てる計画だと記されている。
申請は、土地の所有者に代わって、町づくりの計画を手がけるデュナミス・コンサルティング社が出した。告示文は、大きな区画の所有者が、その土地を手頃な住戸や宅地に変える例が増えている、と説明している。
これは決定ではなく、案の告示である。異議のある者は、2025年3月21日までに、オシャカティ町議会の計画・財産課へ書面で申し立てることができるとされた。
In Namibia, in south-western Africa, a rezoning notice appeared in Government Gazette No. 8583, dated 28 February 2025.
It concerned Erf 716 in Oshakati Extension 1, in the northern town of Oshakati: a proposal to change its use from institutional to general residential. The density after the change was given as one dwelling per 100 square metres of land, and twelve dwellings were planned there.
The application was lodged, on behalf of the landowner, by Dunamis Consulting, a town-planning firm. The notice states that it has become a trend for owners of large erven to convert them into affordable dwellings or residential plots.
This is not a decision but the notice of a proposal. Objections could be made in writing to the Oshakati Town Council's planning and properties department by 21 March 2025.
